When wisdom meets a new season, life expands

Designing your next chapter with clarity, creativity and intention

You’re a woman who’s spent decades building a life filled with work, family,
responsibility, leadership, and showing up for others.
You’ve carried all of that with strength and skill.

And now, something is shifting.

You’re not looking to “retire” in the traditional sense.
You’re not ready to shrink your world or step quietly to the sidelines.
You are ready for a different rhythm, a different relationship
with life, and a different way of contributing.

You’re a woman at a threshold.

You may be contemplating retirement, newly retired but unsettled, or simply sensing that something in you is shifting and wanting attention.

Your traditional career path has served you well, but doesn’t hold the appeal it once did. You want more. And less.
More meaning. Less constraint.
More “want to.” Less “have to.”

If you have children, they are grown and flown. You love them deeply, and you may be welcoming grandchildren into your life, but you know this chapter isn’t meant to be defined solely by family roles.

You want contribution, spaciousness, and a life that feels true — without returning to a 9-to-5 structure or filling your days with obligations that no longer fit.

You feel gratitude for the life you’ve built and a stirring toward something more, something different, something truer.

You may hear questions inside — not easy ones, but ones that matter

If I slow down, who am I then?

If I create all this open space, what do I want to do with it?

How do I stay purposeful without being overcommitted?

How do I loosen the roles and responsibilities that have defined me for so long?

What do I want my days to feel like when they’re not driven by deadlines?

What possibilities exist that I haven’t allowed myself to imagine?

How do I begin to shape this stage of life with intention, instead of drifting into it?

Life In Five Acts

The Art Of What’s Next program is grounded in the Life in Five Acts framework — a way of understanding where you are in the story of your life, and what this next chapter is asking of you.

Act Four — Reimagining — is the heart of this work.
It’s the shift from “What does life need from me?” to “What do I want the rest of my life to feel like?”

What you’ll
come away with

A clear sense of yourself in Act Four
A renewed connection to who you are now
Clarity about what matters most to you
Fresh possibilities for your future
An intentional direction for what’s next
Moves that begin shaping your next chapter
A circle of connection and community

A small cohort
A shared journey

You’ll join a small group of women who are navigating similar questions. Women who bring open minds, reflective stances, and a willingness to explore beyond their comfort zones. Women who are similar enough to offer resonance and understanding, and different enough to expand your thinking and open new possibilities.

If you’re feeling the pull… let’s talk.

This isn’t a program you join because you’re certain.
It’s a program you step into because something in you is stirring.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “I wonder if this might be for me…” — reach out.

I’m Jane — I guide this work and hold the space for the women who join.

(604) 283-5810

I’ll get back to you quickly (assuming I don’t just pick up the phone!)

No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation about where you are and what you’re sensing.
